If these Terms conflict with the ShowUp90 Bet: Cashback Terms & Conditions, the ShowUp90 Bet: Cashback Terms & Conditions control for all cashback eligibility, refund, verification, and completion matters.
Access Is Time-Bound
Your enrollment secures your spot in ShowUp90.
Content access begins the day after your purchase and remains available for 365 days from your access start date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Personal Responsibility
ShowUp90 provides structure, lessons, prompts, office hours, reminders, and support.
Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, participation, and willingness to show up publicly.
We do not guarantee follower growth, audience growth, virality, sales, leads, income, business growth, personal transformation, or any specific outcome.
The ShowUp90 Bet
ShowUp90 includes a performance-based cashback offer called the ShowUp90 Bet.
This is not a satisfaction guarantee. It is not an income guarantee. It is not based on whether you liked the program or achieved a specific business result.
To qualify for cashback, you must complete the required actions during your assigned 90-day program period.
At a high level, you must:
- Post publicly on at least 85 separate calendar days during your assigned 90-day program period.
- Attend all 3 live Office Hours during your program period and remain present for at least 45 minutes of each session, unless ShowUp90 approves an exception in writing.
- Complete and maintain the required ShowUp90 self-tracker.
- Submit your completed tracker and required verification on Day 91 or within the stated submission window.
- Satisfy all requirements in the full ShowUp90 Bet: Cashback Terms & Conditions.

Cashback is subject to completion, verification, and the full ShowUp90 Bet: Cashback Terms & Conditions.
Cashback Eligibility
Cashback eligibility is based on verified completion of the required actions.
You are not eligible for cashback if you:
- Post fewer than 85 qualifying public posts during the 90-day program period.
- Miss one or more required live Office Hours.
- Fail to complete or submit the required tracker.
- Submit unverifiable, private, deleted, archived, disappearing, backdated, duplicated, or manipulated posts.
- Submit your request outside the required submission window.
- Violate the program terms, community standards, or cashback terms.
- Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
The ShowUp90 team reserves the right to verify participation using program records, tracker data, public post links, Office Hours attendance, payment records, and other available information.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in suspension of access and loss of cashback eligibility.
If the payment plan total is different from the pay-in-full price, the cashback amount will be governed by the full ShowUp90 Bet: Cashback Terms & Conditions and the terms shown at checkout.
If the payment plan total is $2,091 and the pay-in-full price is $1,997, the maximum cashback amount is $1,997 unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you use a discount, coupon, credit, or promotional offer, your cashback cannot exceed the amount you actually paid.
Office Hours Access
You’ll have access to three live Office Hours during your initial 90-day program period.
These group sessions are where you may ask questions, receive support, and get feedback related to showing up, posting, visibility, content, and the program experience.
A submission form may be sent before each call. Questions and submissions are generally addressed first come, first served. We do our best to support as many participants as possible, but submitting a question does not guarantee live feedback.
Office Hours may be recorded, and replays may be made available inside the Kajabi portal.
Live attendance at all 3 Office Hours is required for cashback eligibility unless the ShowUp90 team provides written approval for an exception.
To count as attended, you must join the live Office Hours session using the name or email associated with your ShowUp90 purchase and remain present for at least 45 minutes of the scheduled session, unless ShowUp90 gives written approval for an exception.
ShowUp90 may use Zoom records, attendance logs, submission forms, or other available records to verify attendance.
Watching a replay does not replace live attendance for cashback eligibility unless ShowUp90 gives written approval.
No 1:1 Coaching Included
ShowUp90 is not a private coaching container.
While you may receive support, feedback, or coaching during live Office Hours, ShowUp90 does not include private access to Justin, guaranteed direct feedback, private video review, personalized critiques, or 1:1 coaching.
This is a self-led public posting practice with structured support.
Public Posting Requirement
ShowUp90 is built around public posting.
A qualifying post must be public, linkable, verifiable, created by you, posted during your assigned 90-day program period, and recorded in your self-tracker.
To qualify for cashback, you must post publicly on at least 85 separate calendar days during your assigned 90-day program period.
Posting multiple times on one day does not make up for a missed posting day unless ShowUp90 gives written approval.
Stories, disappearing posts, deleted posts, private posts, archived posts, drafts, reposts without meaningful original contribution, and AI-generated content without meaningful personal input do not count toward cashback eligibility.

Copyright & Usage
All ShowUp90 materials, including videos, emails, prompts, lessons, modules, frameworks, worksheets, trackers, templates, text messages, voice memos, and community materials, are protected intellectual property.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, distribute, teach, publish, upload, or create derivative works from any part of the program without explicit written permission.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own participation only.
Account Sharing
Your ShowUp90 enrollment is for you only.
You may not share your login, account access, program materials, tracker, recordings, or resources with another person.
ShowUp90 may suspend or terminate access if account sharing is suspected.
Respectful Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program, without refund or cashback eligibility, if they are disruptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, disrespectful, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
This includes harmful behavior in live sessions, misuse of program materials, bad-faith participation, or abuse of the cashback process.

ShowUp90 does not guarantee specific results, including follower growth, engagement, audience growth, virality, leads, sales, revenue, income, opportunities, collaborations, invitations, confidence, personal transformation, business growth, or any other specific outcome.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, participant stories, or references to results are illustrative only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
ShowUp90 is designed to support consistent public practice. Your results depend on your own effort, participation, consistency, context, audience, offer, market, and many other factors outside ShowUp90’s control.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a payment, refund, or cashback concern, you agree to contact us first at hello@showup90.com.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not replace the cashback verification process.
If you initiate a chargeback, ShowUp90 may suspend access, pause review, deny cashback eligibility, and provide documentation to the payment processor.
